them to experiences.

“Working with my clients to find their next home, is my favorite part of
this role … buying a home can be a stressful process but my goal is to
make it as easy as possible.”

Q: Can you tell us what inspired you to go into Real Estate?
SB:
I was a full-time stay at home mom, and as my kids were getting older, I started to work part-time, but the money was not great. I was wanting a career that I could be able to make a good living and still be able to put my family first. I met a couple of Realtors through the Liberty Chamber of Commerce and it was inspiring to see these women making a great living and still being able to put the family first. So, I took a job with one of the agents as an assistant and never looked back.

Q: Do you specialize in certain types of properties?
SB:
Single Family Homes, Investor’s-Residential, Multi-Family.

Q: Can you share with our audience what Buyers & Sellers can expect when they work with you?
SB:
Our client’s, rather buyer, sellers, Investor get a high level of commitment in helping educate all of our client’s through the process. We have processes for each side of our business to make sure we get to the finish line as smooth as possible.

Q: How do you help buyers compete in a tight market?
SB:
Educate- you have to have the upfront meeting with each buyer and explain to them the type of market that you are in, the different scenarios that we might run in to, and have a plan up front to get them through the process.

Q: What are two things that separate you from other agents?
SB:
I teach Real Estate School, I know the laws, I have a working knowledge of how the system works. All of my client’s rather they are buying a home at $10,000 or $ 1,000,000 get the same level of commitment and communication from me and my team.

Q: What’s one lesson you’ve learned in your career that you can share with our audience?
SB:
That the public does not realize the value of having a Realtor, the guidance we provide and the responsibility that we have to our client’s. That as a Realtor, it is not only the house we sell, but we have to sell and improve ourselves with every transaction.

Q: Were there moments in your career that were pivotal to getting where you are today?
SB:
Yes, they were personal. In December of 2018, my life changed, I was married, and then all of sudden it was over. I went from having the security of a partner to being a single mother of 3 girls. That changed everything. I did not know, more so was afraid that I could not do this on my own. 2019 I had to rediscover my confidence in myself, in my career. With help from other Realtor, and the support of my girls, my confidence came back. Now in 2020 I have tripled my business, started my own team, and my confidence in myself, in my career is at an all-time high.

Q: What are some of the challenges you feel women face today?
SB:
I believe our challenges lie more within ourselves then with the outside world. We as woman want to do it all, wife, partner, mother, Realtor. We can have it all, but you must find balance, time block work and even your personal life, if we accept help from others in all aspects, we will all rise above.
